These Terms of Use apply to the MobileDetailing.io Local Growth website, free visibility reviews, and paid Local Growth services provided by 500Knots Digital LLC, operating the MobileDetailing.io Local Growth brand. By using the website, requesting an audit, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Free visibility reviews
A visibility review is provided for informational and marketing purposes. Audit results may rely on third-party data sources and may change over time. A free review does not create an ongoing service relationship or guarantee any particular ranking, lead volume, revenue, or business result.
SMS program terms
If you affirmatively opt in, MobileDetailing.io Local Growth may send non-marketing text messages about your requested Google Visibility Review and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Local Growth service
Paid Local Growth services may include Google Business Profile optimization and management, posts and offers, review monitoring and responses, photo or video optimization, local ranking and competitor tracking, reporting, strategy adjustments, and related services described on the website or at checkout. The exact mix of work may vary based on the client's business, profile, market, available assets, and third-party platform capabilities.
Fees and recurring billing
Current pricing shown at checkout controls unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Local Growth is presently offered at $499 per month plus a $199 one-time setup fee, with $698 due at initial activation. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled or terminated.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel the recurring service to stop future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees already paid, including the setup fee and charges for the current billing period, are non-refundable. Cancellation does not undo work already performed or charges already incurred.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, timely responses when reasonably required, and the access or permissions needed to perform the service. You are also responsible for maintaining your business licenses, customer service, fulfillment, advertising claims, and compliance with laws and industry requirements.
Google Business Profile access
Clients may be asked to authorize manager access to a Google Business Profile. You should never send us your Google account password. You remain responsible for ownership of your Google account and business profile and may revoke access through Google or the applicable management platform, subject to any ongoing contractual obligations.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend in part on third-party platforms and providers, including Google and other software, payment, analytics, communications, and reporting services. We do not control their availability, policies, algorithms, review decisions, suspensions, data accuracy, or product changes. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party platform action or outage beyond our reasonable control.
No guarantee of rankings or results
Search and Maps rankings are determined by third parties and can change without notice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placement, lead volume, customer acquisition, revenue, review counts, or return on investment. Any examples, estimates, audit scores, ranking maps, or projections are illustrative and are not promises of future performance.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent activity, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may refuse or terminate service when reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, our business, or third parties.
Intellectual property
The MobileDetailing.io and Local Growth websites, branding, layouts, written materials, reports, processes, and related content are owned by or licensed to 500Knots Digital LLC except for client-provided materials and third-party trademarks or content. You may use deliverables created for your business for their intended business purpose, but may not copy or resell our underlying software, templates, systems, or proprietary materials without permission.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, audits, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 500Knots Digital LLC and MobileDetailing.io Local Growth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or losses arising from third-party platform decisions. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid Local Growth service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end the service as allowed by these terms or any separate written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the current version. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
