When you request a visibility review, contact us, become a Local Growth client, or use our forms, we may collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, service area, service preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use submitted information to provide the requested audit or service, communicate with you about your request or account, manage onboarding, improve our services, and discuss relevant MobileDetailing.io Local Growth services.
Calls and text messages
If you provide express consent, MobileDetailing.io Local Growth may send non-marketing text messages about your requested Google Visibility Review and related follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive a visibility audit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service providers
We may use third-party providers to operate forms, analytics, payments, Google Business Profile management, communications, and related business functions. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Google Business Profile access
Clients may authorize MobileDetailing.io Local Growth to access or manage a Google Business Profile through Google's authorization process or an approved management platform. We do not ask clients to provide their Google account password.
Data sharing
We do not sell submitted contact information. Mobile information and text-messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, deliver requested communications, comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction.
Data retention and choices
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legitimate business, legal, accounting, and security needs. You may contact us to ask about your information or request an update or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
